Heating Instructions

Place defrosted arepas on a non-stick pan, griddle, or skillet. Heat at medium/high heat for 4-6 minutes. Flip arepa, and repeat on other side until arepa is golden brown and cheese melts.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place a single layer of defrosted arepas on a metal baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until arepa is golden brown and cheese melts.
