Established back in 1999, and family owned and operated, Hemisphere Foods was formed to be the sole marketing and sales arm of the vertically integrated, value-added frozen fruit and vegetable manufacturing operation it owned in Colombia, South America. While we’ve maintained manufacturing operations and long-term partnerships in South America, the company’s headquarters was relocated to Miami, Florida, to better manage growth in the U.S. market. With deep industry knowledge of farming, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and distribution, Hemisphere Foods has carved a niche as a leading supplier of premium, authentic Latin American frozen food products.

As a long-established foodservice pioneer in the Latin American bakery space, with our Latin Fiesta brand, we’ve been supplying Whole Foods Market, Florida Region with our traditional, authentic, convenient, clean-label, premium products for over 10 years. Our Yuca Cheese Rolls [Pandebono] represent the #2 selling foodservice bakery item in Whole Foods Market, Florida Region. Most recently, as of January 2023, our products became available in all 1,300+ Publix stores nationwide.

To leverage our success in the foodservice market, and to meet consumer demand for high-quality ethnic-inspired baked goods, we’ve also entered the fresh and frozen retail space with our Latin Fiesta brand, launching several of our highest selling and most beloved products, including arepas, yuca rolls, and yuca bread, at Whole Foods Market, Publix, and other natural products retailers. As America becomes more ethnically diverse, and with adventurous, curious, and globally-minded 21^st century consumers craving the exotic flavors, textures, and stories that ethnic foods have to offer, the Latin Fiesta brand is positioned well to offer an on-trend, in-demand product experience, both now, and as we expand with new globally-inspired brands and products in the future.
